After making a deal and choosing your perfect gate, towns permitting would be our first step.

Our next steps include running the electrical work, setting the metal posts in concrete, and beginning fabrication of the gate. We then proceed with the installation, followed by system integration, programming and a beautifully finished paint job to complete the project.

Get To Know How We Work
At Secure Space Solutions, every project begins with a clear understanding between us and the client. Once the scope, design, and expectations are aligned, we handle the permit application process and work closely with the local building department. Construction begins only after all approvals are in place, ensuring full compliance with local codes and regulations.
With permits approved, we start the gate project by preparing a strong and reliable foundation. Heavy-duty metal posts are set in reinforced concrete footings, typically excavated to approximately 24" x 24" x 4' deep, providing long-term stability and structural integrity.
We then complete the electrical work with the same attention to durability and safety. All wiring is installed inside hard-shield PVC conduit, protecting the system from moisture, corrosion, and wear, and ensuring dependable performance for many years to come.
Once the groundwork is complete, we custom-fabricate the gate using stainless steel or galvanized metal, carefully engineered for strength, balance, and smooth operation. The gate is then professionally wrapped and finished using our expertise to achieve a refined appearance that complements the property.
Following fabrication, we install the gate and all automation components, including hydraulic operators, safety devices, sensors, and keypad systems with smartphone app integration via Ethernet. Each system is precisely programmed and thoroughly tested to ensure smooth operation, reliable access control, and maximum safety.
